Wilbarston Parish Council consists of 8 elected councillors who serve for a four year term and receive no payment whatsoever.

Council Meetings are normally held on the 2nd Thursday of each month, except August - see the diary of meetings for more information.

Police Liaison Representative

The Police Liaison Representative for Wilbarston Parish is Steve Winn

The PLR Scheme, is where every parish and town council and parish meeting appoints a person (could be a councillor, officer, or member of the public) to act as a single point of contact for the police. It is the same principle as the Parish Paths Warden Scheme for rights of way and the Highways Representative Scheme for highways. The scheme is managed and administer under Northants CALC on behalf of Northamptonshire Police.
