Big Picnic Lunch Wilbarston

Join the Platinum Jubilee celebrations, the BIG LUNCH street party in Wilbarston - outside The Village Hall on Sunday 5th June.

Bring food and drink. Share if you wish. Tables provided. Come and meet your neighbours and friends. Everyone Welcome. Balloon modelling for the children.

Dress up from any decade from the Reign of Queen Elizabeth II

After the lunch people are welcome to go down the hill to Stoke Albany Village Green for Cream Teas and to listen to a brass band. Stoke Albany Village Hall Green. 3pm

Make a 'Right Royal Jubilee Hat' to wear over the festivities Judging takes place on Saturday 4th June. 1.30pm Village Hall Stage. 4 categories: Primary - KS 1, KS 2, Secondary and Adults

Royal Memorabilia. Do you have any Royal related items that could go on display in the Church on Friday 3nd June? Dog Show. Saturday 4th June. Enter your pooch on the day. Report to the arena for an entry form from 1pm. 50p per class. Every dog gets a prize. 1st 2 nd and 3rd rosettes awarded. Eight classes available including Best Young Handler. See PO window for details. Fun for the whole family.

Wicksteed Park Big Picnic Lunch

As part of the Big Lunch, we will be hosting a Big Picnic Lunch at Wicksteed Park to commemorate Her Majesty the Queen's 70 years of service.

Families and community groups are all invited to join the celebrations which will take place on Sunday 5 June at the park in Kettering.
